Policies
All patrons must agree to abide by Lege Artis policies. The policies are available for download on Lege Artis website: www.lege-artis.ca and may be changed from time to time at our sole discretion and without notice.
Scheduling: Scheduling is designed to permit the proper amount of time needed to complete your services. Please help us by being on time. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax, unwind and change if necessary.
Late arrivals: Time of your procedure may be reduced while the price remains unchanged.
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid 50% cancellation fee. Full price will be charged when less then 12 hours notice have been given. Credit card may be required to hold the appointment. We reserve the right to use any deposits and/or prepayments to cover No-Show appointments.
Package Policy: All packages must be completed within six months (except Laser Hair removal packages, which expire in one year) from the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise. After that the package will be deemed expired and no refund will be provided. Package discounts can not be combined with other offers.
Product Return Policy: We will gladly exchange or refund any product in an unopened and sealed packaging within 10 days from purchase. Valid receipt is necessary. |
